How To Style: Crop Top + Maxi Skirt

Hi Hunny Chubby Bunnies!
I recently got these items in the mail… because I had ordered them from a LOOOONG TIME AGO, but they were all worth it when I tried it on! 
Here I’m styling a CROP TOP + THIGH-HIGH SPLIT MAXI SKIRT. 
Crop Top Tip: 
Crop tops have been a big hit since last spring, and it will continue on to this summer 2014 as well! I am super glad because I stocked up so many crop tops last summer that I’m going to need twice the summer to wear them all! 
A thing to keep in mind when you’re shopping for crop tops is: make sure you measure the bottom circumference – this will make a difference in knowing whether your crop-top will be loose fitting OR snug and form fitting!

Maxi Skirt Tip:
The only two things you need to watch for when purchasing maxi skirts are: 
1) Make sure they are long enough (or not too long!) – heels are your best friends!
2) How snug it fits at the waist – if you’re going for a more conservative look, you want to find one that’s snug-fitting at the waist so that you can cover your belly button! ^^
This red maxi skirt I got from ASOS was on sale for $20 when I bought it! 
It’s super comfy, hugs your hip curves and I love how elongated it made my lower body look! 
(especially when pulled up higher than my belly button!)

The thigh-high split adds a special something, and will oomph up the sexiness of your outfit instantly!
A skinny belt and ankle booties will be the perfect accessories to go with this simple look, topped off by a neutral-colored purse so that the only pop of colour would be the red maxi skirt. Max flattering!

    OMG, I’m in love with that outfit, Mango!! And you look absolutely stunning, great figure, totally hot!! :) It’s always tricky to wear maxi skirts for me, I’m not short but I’d be happy to gain few more inches for my height, hehe. I think heels are great way to look slender and taller for maxi skirts, they’re definitely girls’ bestfriend! I can’t get over how hot you look in that outfit!
